Commodity Exchange

- Value is measured in Agrarian Standard Units, defined by real goods.
- No dollars, no crypto. Uneven trades carry a balance in ASU or are evened up in kind.
A measure made of goods
On the Commodity Exchange, value is counted in Agrarian Standard Units (ASU). One ASU is this basket of everyday goods, taken together. Every commodity gets a rate in ASU, and those rates move with the trades members actually make, so the measure follows the real exchange of goods rather than any currency.

Offer, counter, settle
Propose a trade, go back and forth until it's fair, and both confirm when the goods or work are delivered. The ledger settles automatically and both sides leave a review.

Many want to go out on their own but don't have the customers, the credibility or the cash flow to start.
